You’re a natural leader who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences while bringing out the best in your team.
You have experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry and feel comfortable working in a professional restaurant environment. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll help lead the team, coach new colleagues and interns, and ensure every service runs smoothly. You have a strong eye for quality, know how to motivate others, and are always looking for ways to elevate both the guest experience and the performance of the team. Experience or an affinity with fine dining, as well as wine knowledge, is a strong advantage.
